The Connecticut College Access and Advising Network (CCAN), an initiative of Higher Heights Youth Empowerment Programs, is part of the National College Access Network (NCAN) and operates as a sustainable network of agencies and organizations working collaboratively to increase student access and success in postsecondary education.

Inspired by the NCAA's National Signing Day, the goal of College Decision Day is to recognize high school seniors for their postsecondary educational plans and encourage younger students and families to prepare early for postsecondary education.
